BOOKING PROCEDURE :

  • All booking request for the desired travel plan/ packages must be sent to us only in writing through e-mail.
  • Provide the following details along with your booking request.
  • Clients or Group Name.
  • Total No of PAX along with adult sharing the rooms and children with or without bed.
  • Date of Arrival and Departure with flight/train details.
  • Reference No: As soon as we receive a booking request a reference number will be sent to you, please note the same for future correspondence.
  • Re-Confirmation: All bookings must be reconfirmed with us minimum 15 - 10 days prior to the date off arrival along with confirmed arrival details, failure on which will be considered as cancellation.
  • Service Voucher: The client has to carry an "Exchange Service Voucher" issued by “M/S Krishna Tour and Travel” while travelling.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION:

  • On confirmation of booking, your contract is with M/s Krishna Tour and Travel. A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end. Please refer the website for detailed policies and Terms of Use.

PAYMENT POLICY :

  • For the services contracted, a minimum deposit or advance payment of 25% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s Krishna Tour and Travel . The deposit or advance payment is required to hold the booking (s) on confirmed basis.
  • 50% of the remaining payment is to be made within 10 days after the booking (s) confirmation has been sent to you from the reservation desk.
  • Balance remaining payment (i.e. remaining 25%)/ full and final payment is to be made 10 days prior to the date of start of services.
  • Service Voucher to be issued after the client has made the full payment.
  • Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment (100% payment in advance) is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

NOTE:

  • Apart from above, in case of bookings for special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali etc) full payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

MODE OF PAYMENT:

We accept both the modes of payment – Online and Offline. The following is the payment procedure for services booked with us:

  • In case of payment through credit/ debit card, 3% bank charges would be levied over and above the total amount. In case of American Express Cards the bank charges would be 4.5%.
  • All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction.
  • Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.

POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW/ EARLY DEPARTURE:

  • In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any reason (s), intimation of cancellation must be communicated in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive written communication from your end.

Cancellation Charges Applicable As Follows:

  • 45 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
  • 44 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
  • 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
  • 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
  • 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.

AMENDMENT:

  • Amendment of booked tour / Package will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge, which will vary from case to case.

REFUND:

In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy linked and described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

  • Check-In Timings: 12:am - 15:pm Hours
  • Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
  • Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours
  • Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment
